Zuari Global Share Price Trades Robustly On the Bourses

Zuari Global has received an approval for the acquisition of entire shareholding of 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 per share of Horizonview Developers (HDPL), which is a subsidiary of Zuari Investments (ZIL) which was acquired by them on 4^th October, 2016. The board of directors at its meeting held on 21^st October, 2016 has approved for the same.

Zuari Global, once Zuari Industries, has been the principal promoter entity for Zuari Group of Companies, with limbs into fertilizer, seeds, engineering, lifestyle industries as well as services. Besides growing the fertilizer business of the group to its present preeminent status as one of India's leading fertilizer conglomerates, it has a substantial presence in the areas of pesticides, financial services, RTA furniture along with Oil tanking through several subsidiaries and joint ventures.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 136.00 on 5^th January 2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 78.05 on 18^th November 2015.

Last one week high and one week low of the scrip stood at Rs 132.80 and Rs. 93.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 354.32 crores.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.10 per cent, while institutions and non-institutions held 17.21 per cent and 17.69 per cent respectively.

Meanwhile Zuari Global share price is trading at Rs 118.45, up by 2.96 per cent or 3.40 points. The share price opened at Rs 119.90 from Friday’s closing price of Rs 115.05. The intraday high and the intraday low are Rs 123.60 and Rs 117.90 respectively.
