Inox Wind Bags Order for 50 MW Wind Power Project

Inox Wind, one of the top wind energy solutions providers of the country, has bagged repeat order for 50 Mega Watts wind power project from ReNew Power Ventures, which is India’s leading clean energy company. ReNew has issued a repeat order to Inox Wind for a 50 Mega Watts wind power project to be executed in the state of Gujarat. This is a turnkey project for the Company and is scheduled to be commissioned by the month of March 2017. The 50 MW order from ReNew Power is part of the 350 MW of orders announced by Inox Wind on 30^th October, 2016.

As part of this order, Inox Wind will supply and install 25 units of its advanced 2 MW DFIG 113 rotor dia Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) for this order by Renew Power. Inox Wind’s 113 meter rotor dia WTG is the newest variant of the company’s market leading 2 Mega Watts platform.

The Company offers its clients total wind power solutions including wind resource assessment, developing the entire site infrastructure, building the power evacuation system, acquiring land, supplying the WTGs, erection as well as commissioning services, long term operations and maintenance services as well as post-commissioning support.

Inox Wind share price is currently trading at Rs 225.00, up by 1.28 per cent or 2.85 points. The share price opened at Rs 226.00 from the previous closing of Rs 222.15. The intraday high and the intraday of the share are Rs 228.35 and Rs 224.05 respectively. A total of 81,165 shares of the Company have been traded on the counter of NSE aggregating to a total amount of Rs 183.08 lacs.
