Sobha Share Price dipped on Flat Q2 Results

Sobha share price dipped almost 6 per cent intraday after the company announced its results for the quarter ended 30th September 2016 on 21st November 2016, yesterday. 

The share price opened at Rs 237.75 from the same closing yesterday and went as low as Rs 223.15. A total of 58,200 shares of the company have been traded on the counter of NSE aggregating to a total amount of Rs 132.18 lacs in today's trading session.

Bengaluru-based realty company Sobha Limited's consolidated net profit remained flat at Rs 38.4 crores for the quarter ended 30th September quarter of the current fiscal. Its net profit had stood at Rs 38.8 crorea in the same period of last financial year, the company said in a regulatory filing. Sobha Ltd's total income increased to Rs 552.2 crores in the second quarter of 2016-17 from Rs 509.6 crores in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. The EPS of the realty company remained stagnant and figure show that there wasn't any vertical growth in the company's EPS numbers as compared to the previous quarter of the current fiscal.

Earlier on 9th November 2016, Sobha share price made a 52 week low of Rs 216.05. The 52 week high of the share is Rs 346.50 made on 26th July 2016.
