Earlier on 6th December 2016, Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 14th December, 2016, inter- alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30thSeptember, 2016.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 7th December, 2016 till 16th December, 2016.
