The board of directors of Gayatri Projects Limited, at a meeting held on Monday (26th December, 2016), has approved sub-division of nominal value of the company's equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 2 per share.
Apart from sub-division of shares, the alteration of Capital Clause in Memorandum of Association of the firm was also approved during the board meeting. The board nod is subject to the approval of the members to be sought by way of voting via postal ballot process, the firm informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
