As the trading session commenced on 27th Dec, Tree House share price touches a new low at Rs. 15.85. The stock opened at Rs. 16.85 against its previous closing at Rs. 17.60.Tree House was in a soup since last week after Essel Group's education arm Zee Learn called off its proposed merger. In the light of the ongoing inordinate developments at Tree House, Zee Learn withdrew itself from the proposed merger process, which has been awaiting various court, shareholder and related statutory approvals.
