BBTC Share Price Sees an Upward Surge

BBTC share price rejoiced in the first trading day of this week. The share price opened at Rs 571.05 from the previous closing of Rs 567.10.

On 20th January 2017 Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on 10^th February, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Corporation for the third quarter/ nine month period ended 31^st December, 2016.

Further, as per the Corporation's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will be closed for Directors/Designated Persons from 21^st January, 2017 to 12^th February, 2017. The trading window shall open on 13^th February, 2017.
