OCL share price rallied 6 per cent to Rs.795 on BSE after net profit of the company in June 2016 nearly doubled at Rs.105 cr, supported by strong operational performance. OCL India dealing in cement?& cement products business posted a profit of Rs.54 cr in the same quarter year ago. The total operational income during the April-June quarter under review grew 4 per cent at Rs.709 cr against Rs.679 cr in the same quarter of the previous year. The company’s EBITDA or earnings before interest, depreciation and taxes margin extended 500 basis points to 25.3 per cent from 20.4 per cent. As of 10:26 am, OCL share price was up 5 per cent at Rs.786 on the BSE, as compared with 0.13 per cent increase in the S&P BSE Sensex.
