Cosmo Films Share Price Zooms Over 9 Per Cent

Cosmo Films share price was trading 9.22 per cent higher at Rs. 355.45 on NSE today. The scrip opened at Rs.326 from its previous closing of Rs. 325.45.
So far, the day’s high & low stands at Rs. 361.25 and Rs. 322.45, respectively its traded volume numbers to more than 5 lac shares having a traded value of Rs.1,988.69 lac.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs.10 had touched a 52-week high of Rs.407.90 on 11-May-2016. Cosmo Films share price had hit 52-week low of Rs.134.10 on 08-Sep-2015.
In the past one week, high and low of the stock stood at Rs. 332.35 and Rs. 312.75, respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 634.63 cr.
The promoters holding in the company reads at 43.51 per cent, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.08 per cent and 49.99 per cent, respectively.
Cosmo Films’ wholly owned subsidiary - CF Global Holding Mauritius, has filed a petition for liquidation of its wholly owned entity known as Cosmo Films (Netherlands) Cooperatief U.A. The above step has been taken with an idea to simplify the holding structure and for administrative convenience.
