Edelweiss share price had been trading around Rs. 90 before CRISIL reaffirmed Edelweiss credit rating of A1 plus for its short-term debt issue of Rs. 20 billion. The CARE rating for Edelweiss for its commercial paper has been the same in the year 2015. The debt-equity ratio of the company stands at 6.52 and the ratings have affirmed that the company is safe for the investor’s investments.
The rating has made the faith of the investors on the stock firmer; hence the investments are flooding the company. Also, the ratings have facilitated the loans and short term borrowings of the company to a great extent. Along with it, commercial paper borrowing for the short term projects has also been made easy for Edelweiss.
Currently, Edelweiss share price has been trading at Rs. 110.65 after reaching the high of Rs. 103.30. The volume saw the spurt of 114%. Before today, the scrip made new high on 29th July, 1st August and 2nd August 2016 as well. Edelweiss has declared to unveil its quarterly result on 9th of August. Edelweiss share price closed near its major support value of Rs. 90.70 previous day at Rs. 93.55.
