Aptech share price yet again?hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs.107 today on NSE. Four in a row now. It was only yesterday that the stock had touched a new 52-week high of Rs.100.80 and it surpassed the figure by a good 7 rupees today.
The scrip has been consistently breaking 52-week highs lately. On 12th August, it hit a 52-week high of Rs.98 and also witnessed a spurt in volume by 1.21 times.
On 9th August, Aptech share price had touched a 52-week high of Rs 97.25, expanding in its previous day’s 12 per cent rise on National Stock Exchange (NSE), Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, enlarged his holding in the IT?training services firm via open market purchase.Rakesh Jhunjhunwala bought an additional 7 lac shares representing 1.75 per cent stake in the company at an average price of Rs.91.62 a piece, the NSE bulk deal data displayed. HET Enterprises had sold over 2 lac shares at a price of Rs.92.60 per share, while the names of the other sellers were not ascertained.As of June 30, 2016, Rakesh Radheshyam held 10.14 per cent stake in Aptech, in accordance to the shareholding pattern filed by Aptech. The data shows that the total promoters holding read at 45.28 per cent.
