Today, KNR Constructions reported to the bourses that in the meeting of the Executive Finance Committee of Directors of the company had decided for split share. The Equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each were subdivided into the five shares of Rs. 2 each. This means that the shareholders with one equity share of face value Rs. 10 will receive five shares of Rs. 2 each.
After the split, KNR Constructions share price that last closed at Rs. 804.15 yesterday, opened at Rs. 165 today at the NSE.
